Every policy is different, even with the same insurance carrier. Please contact your representative to find out if your individual policy covers acupuncture. For your convenience, use the Phone Questionnaire below. These days, you can also chat online with your insurance representative.

If you so request, we provide a SuperBill (a receipt that includes industry-standardized codes used by insurance companies), which patients can then submit to the insurance company for reimbursement.

We do not guarantee reimbursement. Please note that payment is due at time of service by cash or check or by Quickpay/ Zelle. If you have other questions or concerns, please email acupamela@gmail.com.
